Hi!! I am new to Hub pages and have just completed my first article. What's the paying criterion ? Are Featured articles paid only ?? or an average of 50 $ is paid to everyone??
and also Does the pay depends on views and comments or on the no of words ??
It's long slow process. Pay is dependent upon traffic. It took me a long time before I reached the magical payout figure of $50.

By the way, you may be violating copyright using all those Harry Potter stills. You have to have permission from the copyright holder, or they have to be Creative Commons licensed. You cannot take images off the internet and republish them. You might be landed with a large demand for money for unauthorized use :0

The images you steal from Google belong to someone. Are you prepared to pay for them. And it could be thousands of dollars.
Hi, and welcome to HP. It is obvious from your questions that you have not taken the time to read important information in the learning center. Other writers here have provided links to some of them, and I suggest that before you do anything else, you not only read them or take them seriously. As for earning here, you must reach the payout limit of $50 minimum before you earn anything. To do this you will need to create many well written, original articles that are produced as per the instructions in the learning center. It's a lot of work, and it takes a lot of time, but if you doth is, after awhile, you'll begin to earn. I suggest you take the time to read articles that were written by some of the people who have posted here so that you can see how it's done. Good luck.
Member no longer exists. Maybe it all looked too much like hard work.

I had earning a long time ago but, somehow, they disappeared. I am a computer dummie so I gave up trying to figure out how to get it back. The first two times were very difficult and twice is quite enough -- so I have no account and I no longer make a dime (I did get two payments over the years,...

As I approached the $50 payout a few years ago, HubPages kept changing the rules until my monthly earnings fell to a few cents per month. I believe I'm currently making about a penny or less a month. I want to TERMINATE my account. But first I want to be paid the $48 and change...
