There’s a new network site in town, and its name is “HealthProAdvice.com.” And it may get a little crowded, because there are also two more new sites (branching off of the HealDove brand) in the works!

If you want to get to know the newcomers, head on over to the official blog post → https://blog.hubpages.com/2018/11/14/ma … mindbody/.

We hope these additions will promote community interaction and the positive circulation of information; resulting in better health and peace of mind for everyone.

YouMeMindBody sounds confusing. As a metaphysical writer and continuing student, I wrote quite a few articles about Mind/Body/Spirit connections and how they affect our health and spirituality. They normally end up on Exemplore.  I have many articles there, most of which belong there.

Will certain articles be moved? Some of my work is more suited to Exemplore, though even when I've argued it often ends up in niches which I feel are incorrect. I had to fight for a long time to get Greek Myth articles to Humanities in Owlcation, as they are different from astrology profiles I do, which is metaphysics, suitable to Exemplore. An editor told me they were making a new category for mythology, but I only see about 4 out of about 20 pieces I wrote that have been moved to the new Mythology niche.

I also have articles which are instructional astrology ones (I teach) and they are on Letterpile. I had to use a fake person to explain to readers how a person with certain planetary traits behaves and under which circumstances, and this is being considered as fiction, which it is not. Most of what I have on Letterpile belongs as part of series on Exemplore, and have been split so some are on each site, even though they are one article for each of the 12 zodiac signs. It's very confusing to my readers to want to know how Mercury in Aries people think, and find that on Exemplore. Then they want to see how Mercury in Taurus people think, and it's on Letterpile. I worry that even more of my work will be wrongly categorized.

YouMeMindBody is simply replacing HealDove as a place for patients, caregivers, and health care providers to help others live a healthier life by sharing their unique experiences and perspectives.

So, if your articles are not on HealDove, and do not necessarily fit into that criteria, you have nothing to worry about!

This is a great idea!  I especially like the patient's lounge idea because I think people can learn a great deal from those who have experienced certain health conditions and often know little tricks that can help people to have an easier time of it.  I'm assuming that articles already on HealDove will be moved to appropriate sites, correct?

They all look awesome. I like the look of the Health Pro font! But I find the names are pretty long. Quite a mouthful to pronounce.

Sounds like a good approach. Healdove was a real jumble.

The professional editorial input on HealthProAdvice.com should make a big difference. Perhaps the approach could spread to other sites...

Writers might need to take a more robust approach to critical input, of course.

Am somewhat surprised HP would choose to go to war with .gov and .edu.

These sites are in all niches and why not. In my opinion this is a welcome move.

I hope they work on a disclaimer for such articles giving out health advice. As a practicing Nurse Practitioner, I avoid writing articles that would bring any type of liability concerns. Just my 2 cents.

What about articles on RemedyGrove? I have one article there that was formerly on Healdove, I asked to have it moved when RemedyGrove was first created. I think it would fit better in the "Patient's Lounge" as it is about my own experience with a condition. Is there a way I can request a move?

If you don't get a direct response from the staff, what I would suggest is, make a list of all the hubs you think would fall in this category and send it to the team. They'd move it if they also think it fits the bill.

I have done this in the past and it works out very well. The staff needs the URLS of the articles, and it may take two weeks to get an answer. But make your case.

Hi Sherry.  Great question!  We knew when we launched our sites that 1.) there would be articles that could fit on multiple sites, and 2.) that we'd make mistakes and have to move articles between sites or categories. When we launched RemedyGrove, we moved many articles from HealDove over and we agreed that your article was also a better fit for RemedyGrove.

In our opinion, your article could fit on either RemedyGrove or Patient's Lounge.  We don't move articles unless we think that the article is definitely a better fit for one site over the other.  We also don't have a formal way of requesting article moves because we don't think it is something that should happen frequently.  At this point, we aren't moving articles from RemedyGrove over to the new domains, but it may be something that we consider in the future.

On another account I had an article on HealDove.  It was removed because they wanted me to update it, although no information had changed, and I had no time to devote to an article that was current in details.

It would fit into PatientLounge, however, that is not a choice in the dropdown menu for submitting articles to sites.  When can we select that site for potential submission?

As Robin mentioned above, "We don't move articles unless we think that the article is definitely a better fit for one site over the other. We also don't have a formal way of requesting article moves because we don't think it is something that should happen frequently." So because we select articles for the new network sites manually, there is no method for authors to submit their work (at least in the present moment).

In what way was your article removed? Are you still able to access it? Feel free to email team@hubpages.com so I can better assist you in regards to the issue. smile

On another note...I was advised that one of my RV hubs was going to be edited in Hub Pro Premium on Dec 8.  Haven't heard a word since.  How long does this usually take? I'm anxious to see how it looks.

Usually, if it takes more than a couple days, then your editor is probably waiting on photos. You will receive an email when they are all done!

Thanks. I couldn't imagine why it would be taking so long as this hub has a 100 score before editing and has been on the niche sites for quite some time.

It was put back on the main HubPages site.  I had received an email that said please update costs etc if they have changed, which they had not. So, since I had nothing to change on it and no time to make up something new, it was returned to the main site.

I'll send over the article link to the team email address. Thank you

What a good incentive to write new articles. I misread "HealthProAdvice" as "HealthProActive"! smile which would suit me fine as I am always pushing for taking self responsibility for health.

I have  few pages of the patient experience type that I have not attempted because of the YMYL issues. Might try to get something on Patient's Lounge.
