Editing Comments

   After replying to a comment, an author is given five minutes to make any changes to his/her comment. What if later on the author wants to make changes or edit his/her comments e.g. correcting gammar mistakes?
   
   Another area I would consider it useful to inclide editing feature is in Q&A. For instance, after two days I notice there is something I would like to delete, add or edit the reply to a question for ease readability or to correct spelling and grammar mistakes.

      1. You'd have to contact the Hubber and ask them to delete your comment and then submit a new version.
      
      2. You can edit any question on your own pages. Just use the filter and select Answered Questions. You'll have to wade through them to find the one you want to edit.

   Not directly related to OP's original questions, but similar enough I think it would be better to post here rather than make a whole new post.
   
   Will we ever be able to edit reader comments in the future? I know we don't want to change what readers are saying, but sometimes I think edits are necessary. For example, if something is misspelled it's a quick fix and doesn't change the reader's thoughts on the article. Too many comments with grammar mistakes, spelling errors, or simply bad English I think bring down the quality, and it would be in our best interest to be able to keep the well intended comments on the articles. A quick edit would allow that, as well as let us clean up the mistakes.
   
   I think this is an important feature we should consider implementing, considering I'm seeing more and more admin approved comments that really shouldn't be approved for one reason or another. This one in particular "I was having long thirst to study 4 gospels. When I look this Comparison Study of 4 gospels really I felt it us God's Grace granted for me. Thanks to authors and Owlcation web site." I think drags down the quality of my article. Not only are there several errors, but it doesn't read well. A quick edit would bring the comment up to snuff and I wouldn't mind it being posted. However, as it stands I really don't think the admin's should have approved this comment.
