      I think the problem is that you've made some very serious claims about the company that you've reviewed. I doubt whether HubPages will feature the article while you are accusing the company of such serious misbehaviour. I realize that you're upset about the situation, but I think the article will need a major revision in order to be accepted. A more balanced analysis of the situation might be helpful.

   Alicia has a good point. I ask: Who is your audience? What is the intent of your article?
   All in all, it is well written, but you need to formulate an evergreen article for a targeted audience.

   Your hub will not be accepted as long as you claim Coinbase is a con when you yourself are playing con games. The problem you have with Coinbase is due to the fact that you are using a different name for your Coinbase Account than you are using for your bank account. You need to use a real name that can be verified. And you need to have that match with a real bank account.
   
   They have extremely strict rules to assure people are not fraudulently buying or selling cryptocurrency. If you can’t abide by the strict requirements then you’re in the wrong place. But don’t go around claiming they are cons. That’s not going to get you anywhere.
   
   I see you’re not even using a real name here on HubPages. Without having any authority, you will never succeed here.

      You should not be so quick to judge, I am using a real name on my coinbase account and my bank account. I don't use a real name on hubpages because I have a sociopathic ex whom I don't want finding the real me on the internet for the person to stalk me.

         That’s not being judgmental when it’s in reference to something you posted yourself. The message you received from Coinbase that you posted in your article states, “It appears that the name on your linked bank account does not match the legal name on your Coinbase account.”

            It is being quick to judge. Obviously you did not read the whole article. If you have then you would have realized that my real name and bank account were approved already. Moreover but not included in the article is the fact that I've tried to use their system to send them my bank statement. Once I load the pdf file, the page goes to an error page. Not allowing me to submit my bank statement. Even moreover then that is the fact that if you have read any of my other writings you would see that I don't aim to con people. Just help inform and give ideas.

               You’re right, I didn’t read the whole article. I stopped as soon as I got to the part about your name not matching your bank accounts. I would bet that most readers will stop at that point.
               
               As for your other problem, I got passed that with no issues when I opened my account. I also was pleased when I tried to log on from a different device. Coinbase needed to confirm that it was really me with double verification: Sending me an email and requiring me to enter the code from the authentication app.
               
               I find Coinbase to be very safe compared to some other wallets that have been hacked, which is why I find your complaints strange.  Coinbase is difficult to hack, maybe impossible with all the security features. That’s a plus. I discuss Coinbase too, in my article on blockchain.
