   According to a recent Gallup Poll, most people hate their jobs.  Most people view their jobs as sources of frustration instead of job.  Most people consider work well, a tolerance nuisance.  Your thoughts?

   I did not hate my job rather I liked it. Perhaps there are certain people around us who make our journey quite difficult. Deadlines might cause less stress than that of the conflicts or the vibes one gets from the surrounding. I think listening patiently to what others are saying, understanding the problems, or providing a solution could make the workplace more interesting. Valuing team members' effort, listening to their valuable ideas and views and showing interests, and providing constructive feedback make a lot of difference. Feeling a sense of belonging in the workplace may strengthen the bond among the colleagues, which in turn may improve the environment of the workplace. If the environment is favorable, but one still finds his or her job frustrating, it's high time that he or she should look for the work they enjoy and can generate decent revenue to run the family, making ends meet, or meeting the commitments.

   When People look for jobs that will make them a great deal of money first. Rather than looking for work they like most. It's the saddest thing I can imagine
   
   When their likes turn into deep likes. Then this evolves into a loving your work. Then the money will come, in long term rather than short term.
   
   Base on my own experience and top world class vetern sculptors, often work with. It takes 12,000 sculptors for one to be able to make a living at it. Shows how anyone in any profession can pull this off. Rather than the 85% wasting most of their waking hours of their lives not liking what they do.
   
   Most common thread to reaching greatness into anything you do. Is investing 10,000 hours of work into what you love to do.

From August '76 until October 2012 I lived without a place to call home sleeping where I could and covering from the cold with whatever I found from leaves to sleeping bags. Before loosing most of my teeth I ate from anything I saw growing like any other animal.
