    Hi Hubbers,

I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my article? What can I do to improve? Thanks!

"what items are allowed in the Amazon"

I think flamethrowers are de rigueur, this year.

    Hi there,

You have a lovely writing style - friendly and easy to read, but I think the reason it has been rejected is because it is a personal blog post, not a fully-formed article. HubPages is dissuading writers from personal pieces because they don't attract search engine traffic. They want articles that solve problems and answer questions on topics that people are searching for.

The link is a bit dubious too. If you use references, it is better to use reputable, authoritative sources and link to them at the end of the article.

There aren't any opportunities to use Amazon links in this article. If it had been more specific regarding the coffee, you might have mentioned your favourite brand, but to be honest, it would look a bit iffy.

I see you've been here a long time, and if you are trying to kick-start your writing then consider spending some time at the Learning Center: https://hubpageshelp.com/

    Good luck.

Thank you. I was gone for a few years, and now that I'm back I felt like I had to reintroduce myself, especially to my Facebook followers.. I'm slowly trying to feel out the new changes.  One of the biggest problems I'm having is the Amazon, used to be you could link to anything.  The second one is how to resize photos and how to write around them...

Thank for the reply...I will tool around for a while before I post again.

Hi, jiberish. We can't write around photos any more. All of the capsules are full-width ones now.

Welcome back, Jiberish. I like your writing style, and I hope you continue writing with HP. I enjoyed the pictures, as well.
You can turn this into an article buy informing the reader about the topics you discuss, such as coffee, pets, and frogs. It might take a little research, but it's worth it.
