Try signing in on your computer. Maybe your cell provider is the culprit.

Have you tried turning off your security before sign in? I use chrome, by the way, and having no problem, but I am in U.S.

      Are you on chrome?

Nell, are you three all using the same computer? If so, clear the browser cache and history. You'll find it in the settings menu. If you are unsure, Google 'How to clear cache in ***Browser name***'. So that'll be Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge or whatever it is you use.

I have the same problem.  I can access with a phone or tablet, but not on my laptop.  I have written to staff and am hoping they will find the problem.  I have done everything suggested and more with no success.

I am using my old computer, windows 7. and it works! It must be windows 10 that is the problem

I have Win 10. I still think it's a browser issue. Give the other computer a clean with a free program called CCleaner.

Having said that, traffic has dropped off for me, more than usual on a Tuesday, so perhaps people *are* having problems accessing the site.

Going off to check stats again.

Used the free cleaner and there was no change.  The site is still not displaying correctly.

Weird, isn't it? Do you and Nell have the same broadband provider?

    I DID IT!
It was Mcafee. I tried everything. I thought it was windows 10, as it's causing so much trouble at the moment, but then I thought, well, disable everything else and see. And yes it was McAfee!
    Phew! got back in, yeah!

Thanks Nell Rose for all your help.  Glad that the problem is now sorted.

It was a bit of a nightmare wasn't it Sally? I had to get to the bottom of it, it was driving me insane. At least we will know what to look out for in future.

Glad you got it sorted Nell.  I use Win 10 and Chrome, so did not think this was the issue.  If McAfee are causing a problem, I wonder if that is behind the traffic drop? I get a fair bit of my traffic from the UK

Could be Cynthia. It was pretty weird. I have sent McAfee a message and she got back to me, so hopefully they will sort it out.

Nell, I sometimes think these tech people spend their time thinking up new twists and pitfalls for us hapless content creators so they can get the popcorn out and have a good laugh lol!
