How are you staying spiritually strong during social distancing?

By asking people to ask their Gods to use their omnipotence, omnipresence, and benevolence to end everyone's suffering and live up to their own reputations. Other than that, praising Satan or whatever else the loving people say.

      Just kidding, deities aren't real.

      Mark.
I have had an advantage of sorts. I grew up devout and with a loving mother, meaning that she was very selfless. So I learnt that way. I drifted in my 20's but re-connected at 30 by meeting a spiritual man. So I have been praying and meditating daily for 38 years.

This helps in lockdown, as the mind is far less restless. In fact, my worship increased as we all went virtual and have regularl conferences. I had one today for two hours. So the individual prayer and the camaraderie on line keeps me strong.

I go shopping and walking and just today I started my first visit to family. The Park is also accessible. I have noticed that the streets are becoming 'near normal' but wisdom still exists and most are cautious and practically all wear masks.

I do poetry and so I do Zoom 2-3 times a week. This is separate from spiritual efforts. Many spiritual or motivational videos, also simply pop up on you tube and while lying in bed at night, I go through a few. I do occasional movies. Peace Bro.

I am a spiritual person and do not need a church or a preacher to keep me on track. I feel more connected to my creator when I'm alone. Remember, Jesus to go into one's closet when they pray; not put on a show on a street corner. I belong to a couple of groups that meet for meditation on Crowdcast and Zoom, so I'm not missing anything anyway.
I have a friend who belongs to a church she loves, and she tells me that she teaches her Sunday School class on Skype and watches her church services online. She tells me that she is going to do this until the danger of the coronavirus is over. Some of my other friends "attend church" online. So each to her own. I think we are all doing very well in our spiritual lives.
My grandmother was a very religious lady. A disability prevented her from attending church, so she listened to services on the radio every Sunday morning. I remember hearing the minister ask the members to pray for the shut-ins who were with them via the radio. So people will find some way to exercise their spiritual or religious beliefs when they are really sincere.
