Why has it been so dead around here over the weekend?

I heard that Black Friday is huge in the states. Does that explain why you could have shot a cannon through here throughout the weekend? Or was it something else? Revenues sucked bigtime for the last two reported days.

Black Friday is huge here in the US but people are shopping, not reading articles on HubPages.

Though not truly glad to hear it, I am glad to know that it's likely across the board rather than just me smile

Mine was the highest for quite a while. Views are up on last year and CPM was a couple of dollars higher than last November.

Mine was the highest ever in the last three days as well. I find it odd because my high CPMs are usually in the summer corresponding with the season of my gardening hubs.

Glad to hear that it was great for you--my own great days were right before it. I suppose it's the difference in content across the board, that our experiences differ.

I had the highest recorded revenues during Black Friday, and that really shocked me because I rarely get to those kinds of figures comparing it to the ones I commonly earn. But I ain't complaining since it sure helped a lot.

My traffic was steady thru the weekend, but has suddenly dropped off a cliff today. (shrugs) Ehh. What ya gonna do?

My traffic has dropped around 20% too, but I wonder how much of this has got to do with every image view being counted as one hub view. My numbers today are not lower than the usual, but lower than the weekend.
