I was just checking one of my articles which I always earned from, and found that it didn't have  any adverts on it! As it hasn't been put on another site does this mean that it won't have adverts?

Is there a notification at the top that ads have been disabled? Any articles that remain on the original HubPages are no longer being monetized, so I imagined they are no longer putting ads on them. If you want to keep earning from it it has to be on Discover or a Niche site.

Ouch! Didn't know that! I suppose I had better take them off then.

Or try and rework some of the ones left on HubPages, and submit one every two weeks to one of the niche sites.  That way, if accepted, they will start earning money again.

Thanks Peggy. Doesn't work for me. Every single time I submit an article they always refuse it! don't ask me why.

Once an article is submitted for a niche I believe it is automatically moved to Discover. Once on Discover it will not get moved back to this site even if it is not accepted for a Niche. I would try and submit the ones you were/are getting traffic from. Even if they are not accepted to a niche, they should get moved to Discover so you can earn from them again.

I submitted one to Delishably that was accepted right away, and the one I submitted for Pethelpful is still in the que 3 weeks later, but it was moved to Discover after I submitted it so it will at least earn now.

I took a quick look at some of your articles and I'd suggest the following:

        - Stop using Amazon capsules. Use in-text links instead.

        - Make sure you are using photos legally. I don't see many photo credits on your Hubs - it may be that all the photos are from freebie sites like Pixabay, but staff may be too busy to check. A non-linked statement in the "source" box would avoid any problems.

Concentrate on submitting your longer Hubs first - over 1,500 words.

Check your layout.  Some of the Hubs I looked at had a lot of white space between paragraphs, perhaps because you've got stray lines on the end of capsules?

Finally, if you submit something and it gets rejected, try posting it here for suggestions to improve and we may be able to spot the problem.

Thanks, yes I have been lazy over them I must admit. A lot of mine are on the new sites, it was just a few I thought I would submit.

Yes I have been reworking old articles, but if one is submitted and fails (which is often the case) you can’t submit another for two weeks. When you have over 150 still on HubPages  that takes forever.
