Do you feel that there is a real connection between your attitude (positive or negative) and your physical health and/or recovery?

Yes I do! Thoughts are very powerful in that they're just as much apart of your body as your heart or you little finger.

Science is now recognizing that thoughts have "weight", to put it simply, so healing thoughts can affect the rest of you. It's called "vibrational medicine".

I do as well! I believe you create negative energy around yourself if your attitude is negative and same goes when your attitude is positive.

Thanks for all the responses. I agree with the above, as my body proved last week when, following a combination of emotional disappointment and mentally overstretching myself, I got physically ill. When you let yourself get to that place, it's difficult to focus on happy thoughts, mostly cos you think you're dying, but eventually I did and it all came right in the end.
