I am making a hub on how to create a informational website that makes money. Which title is better.

    1. building a theme-based content website that makes money

    2. building a informational website that makes money

    3. building a content website that makes money

To grab peoples attention, I'd suggest that you reverse them:
    ie
Make Money with a Content Website.  Etc.

Also, think about the people you are talking to.
Most people wouldn't know what a "Theme based content website"was.

Maybe consider using simpler words like:

Make Money Writing Information for People, or
Make Money Writing on your OWN website.

This is non threatening, and would look doable for most people.

Whe you've got their interest, you could give more info about the details.

I'd also suggest you do some key phrase research, to find what people are typing into their browsers.
You may find that "make money" is too competitive, and you may be able to find an alternative.

Go To https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal for the best free keyword tool available.

    Good Luck, Eric G.

im afraid if i use simple non-threatening title for the hub that it will seem just seem like another one of those plain lousy hubs that just tells you that you can make money with google adsense.

You need to put a lot of thought and effort into your title. If the title does not get the attention of visitors immediately thereafter they will just go and not even reading your article.

    Try these instead:

I have a resource that may help.

It's a headline analyser that defines you headline into catagories and also 'grades' it by assigning a score. You can use it for email subject lines, classified ads and I guess even hubpages headlines too!

    http://www.aminstitute.com/headline/

In general try to go with something catchy (without being over hyped) that also contains at least two of your keywords,

    Go hard : )

Off the top of my head - but may be a bit long:

Earn More Money Creating Websites Visitors Love and Keep Coming Back To

It scores 33.3% on that Headline Analyser smile

    Take care

    I know LOL

    So how about:

Earn More Money Creating Websites Visitors Love

Scores about 25% but then the analyser is better suited to headlines on pages rather than short pithy hub titles smile

    Take care

Excellent! You could sell titles. This one's long enough to be explanatory and short enough for punch and attention-grabbing focus.

Some of mine start off sounding like I don't know much English. hahaha
