I have a google adsense account and they give you a code to add google plus to your website. Is there a way to put this code on hubpages? If so, where do I put it?

When I start to write a new hub, why I can't find any place to add the tags?
When I start to write a new hub, why I can't find any place to add the tags?Previously, I could find the tags and add them but now they are gone. Why new hub don't require anymore tag options?

Problem adding tags from "start a new hub" page
I am only able to add 2 tags now, where as before I could add as many as I wanted before continuing. I'm still able to add them afterwards but I prefer to add them on the start page.I'm using IE 8. There does seem to be some error with my browser while I'm on that page as it shows the yield sign...
