walk away instead of killing,at least both once love each other
I have just up dated my Hub about the big trial going on in Ireland at the moment and indeed the one that initially inspired this thread....
I suppose there are times when people just becaoe clouded with rage....
I want to know what they did first, then I'll decide if it's a killing offense or not.
snakeorocksolid, does it really matter what they did, I mean, if he was having an affair and jsut wanted the wife out of the way....or he caught he rin bed with someone else...does it really matter....can it be justified.
Adsensestartegies, its a serious question, and was inspired by a trial going on in Ireland at the moment (on my HUub)....
No, UNLESS it is in total and complete self defense, say if he were coming at you to kill you and you happened to somehow get the upper hand on him first..
but I still believe we should live together in as much harmony and peace as we can...without battering spouses
no there is no reason to kill your lover
you should move on because he/She was not the one for you.
So better to move on rather to do anything silly,
if He/She will attack you then you should defend yourself.
If he is coming at me with a gun or he has a knife to my throat there is no way in hell I'm going to sit there and not fight back
No if you are not loved by someone you love most it does not mean that kill that persone. it is not necessary that your love should also love you.
The criminal trial that inspired this thread is coming to a close I will up date later...
Can killing a lover ever be justified? Hmm, what if he/she is overly obsessed ?
Isabelle22, you say "If I done him harm and he killed me..." I hear what you are saying....Love is.....Love is different in every circumstance, while you may forgive him, would your family forgive him, would the courts forgive him....Love is?
I think she is saying if her lover was killing her and she was trying to fight back to save herself, if she accidentally killed him in the process, then how can it be wrong. It would be self defense.
Where violence - physical or emotional - is involved, there's no longer place for love.
Obsession - yes, but NOT love.
Black Lilly, I agree that if there is violence there is no longer love
The case that inspired this thread is about to end so I thought I would give it a final run......hub has been up dated accordingly...
the case that inspired this thread I have written about today....manslaughter was the verdict...
The case that inspired this thread ended today with the man who brutally killed his wife getting 6 years and 11 months jail sentence....see up date on my Hub..
I have both... been told, "I will kill you" and have wanted to do the same to protect myself. I was not and did not. LOVER was the word used. A lover need never consider killing another we are all only human, we make mistakes and there is no reason to kill...a lover as when it gets to that place the person is not longer your lover, I doubt love is involved, move on, you do not nor will you ever own another and or have control over them, move on live and let live.

What would happen if you killed someone who knew Martial Arts?I just had a thought. If you were fighting someone who knows Martial Arts would you attempt to kill them if you had the chance? And if so do you think you would be found innocent by self defense? Think about it for a...
