Did you expect too much? hmm

Keep on writing original content and you will have the traffic.

Cool, thanks for the advice...I guess it is too early to get caught up in all that traffic stuff yet

      Yes it's normal.

Before you write too many more Hubs, I suggest you do some reading on how to write Hubs, and also on the Adsense terms of service.

Even if you're not signed up for Adsense yet, HubPages is, so you'll have to abide by the Adsense rules. One of those is that adult content is not allowed. You might want to review some of your Hubs and look for words that are likely to trigger Adsense's prudish robots...

With time comes traffic. One of my hubs had only 100 views in two months, then after 4 more months, it went up to over14,000 views. Just give it time and the traffic will come.

Share them in free classified ads, google community, get the word out on your hubs. Good luck. Also.. go to our topic section and start exploring, as well as create forum topics pertaining to your hub.. however never add your hubs in here.

Please don't do this. It is against the rules.

In any case, internal Hub traffic is a drop in the ocean compared to what will from search engines.  And Hubbers never click on ads, so you'll never make any money from them.

If anyone is on the forums because they think it will help their earnings, they have a lot to learn.

You have only been here 1 week man, dont worry about it, the traffic will pick up.  You just worry about writing more content...if you write it, they will come  smile

There is always traffic at first from HubPages, and then it tends to slow down until the Hub starts getting search engine traffic.  Backlink your Hubs and this should help.

Just keep writing and traffic will come - also for some reason my traffic always slows at the weekend!

First, learn about key words, there are plenty of hubs on that topic, if you do a search.  I nearly tripled my traffic when I researched and updated the key words on my hubs, six months ago.

Next, learn about backlinking.  Sunforged has an article about do-follow backlings that pay.  Last month I placed one do-follow link to each of my hubs, and have seen a 50% increase in traffic this month, plus a huge increase in earnings.

Cool. I must say, also. I have several threads pertaining to my
hubs in our awesome forum. Again, as long you don't add you hubs to them. However, go to google community as well. As well as free classified ads to share. We can share them in classified ads. I just got authorization for our team.
      Have a great day.
