But unfortunately i am not getting any traffic as expected. And It is not getting listed in top google search results. How can I make it found by google and attract more readers?

    Hi nanospeck smile

I've got a feeling you may have some very strong competition on this topic and keywords. Having just had a quick look, websites on page one of the search results with the keyphrase "top job sites" have high PageRank's so it's very unlikely you'll be able to break through.

To get found you will need to do some more keyphrase research and find one on topic but without much competition. If you need any help with this just ask smile

    Hey Nanospeck,

It has lots of info, and it's kind of long. I'm still a newbie, so I don't know better than anyone else, but have you considered breaking it up into maybe a 2 or 3 part series?

Also, how about a more attention-grabbing title like, "Top Jobs Sites That Will Get You Hired in 2010"?

    Just my 2 cents.

I am new here and not a HP expert or anything. But for my first two hub pages I have found it helpful to setup a short http://bit.ly/ URL. Then I go to http://Twitter.com/ and tweet it several times over the next few days. If you have tons of followers, which I don't, this one could help a lot. I also like to submit my hub to http://digg.com/ . Then I go to the 3 main search engines and submit my Hub there so hopefully they index it sooner.
    http://www.google.com/addurl/
http://www.submitexpress.com/submit.html I use this one because it submits to Yahoo among many other ones.
    http://www.bing.com/webmaster/SubmitSitePage.aspx

Since my first two hubs were time sensitive topics, which probably isn't a good idea long term, I decided to manually submit them to speed things up. For most hubs you may not wish to do this and just wait until they index them.

About the time the traffic started dying off from Twitter and Digg the search engines started sending me traffic. At least this is how its went for my first hub page during this first week.

I also think you have picked keywords that are just too competitive. To compete with them I think you would need a whole web site dedicated to the topic.
