    I would wish for several acres of fertile land within easy walking distance of the beach as well as sufficient funds to develop the land and  establish a youth camp/retreat centre/community centre.It would be a fun place for year round activities as those who enjoy farming could cultivate gardens and fruit trees.This would make the facility self-supporting and contribute to good health. The centre would cater to the educational, social, spiritual and emotional needs of individuals without regard for age.The environment would encourage everyone to be lifelong learners as everyone can contribute some lesson whether formal or informal.
