Apparently the dude was a little disgruntled about his taxes. I bet he was a teabagger.
I was about a mile away from where it happened, there are NO tea baggers in Austin, just old hippies!
10 - 4 Texan. The folks of Austin are straightup citizens. Shamed though! The whole stinkin' worlds gone crazy. One of my sons attends UAH where that crazy Prof. shot her collegues.
Did you know that crazy bitch killed her brother 20 years ago in an "accidental shooting"? Riiiiiiiiiiight!
I think your right...This planet is getting crazier by the minute! I don't get how someone loses it...and other innocent folks have to pay...before they do themselves in...?
One of the greatest blues/rock guitarists of all time was from Austin. There's a statue and everything........
Nope, he was from Dallas, sorry you can't seem to get things right.
Bret Boyer is NOT from Dallas, he's from Austin.
.......apology accepted.
Really? Where is his statue? Apology accepted!
Sure....like you haven't seen it at the NAMBLA meeting hall.
Actually . . . .
Having an Austin Tea Party
Actually Ron as usual you are wrong. He railed against Dubya in his note. He was just a psycho angry citizen.
Just in case though, we should round up Rush, Glenn, Sarah et al until it can be proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that this isn't the start of a teabagger jihad.
Many teabaggers do rail against W. Even he wasn't right-wingnut enough for their tastes.
Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, you familiar with Austin?
I actually went to UT there, and the town is liberal, not the governing body of Texas, though, which is elected by conservos. There the governor wears a "secede from the union" tee shirt. If you guys wearing texas flag shirts want to see some real rage, just try it.
His manifesto read more communistic, but he probably didn't even realize it. Just like the teabaggers who rail against socialized medicine and chant that government should keep its "goldern hands off " their medicare, most of the Texas crazies really don't know what they are taking about. As a fellow Texan trying to survive in this state, I have a right to say, it's not the brightest light in the firmament. I am so sorry for the trauma to you guys in Austin.
Ron...I think we tied in posting this...I just took my thread down!
crazy world. I had the t.v on cnn when the news broke and I thought it was an accident at first.. geez, did he have others in the plane?
Seems like I read she fired three times. I think the only accident was she missed a time or two. I'm just glad that in my business, I always carry a gun and am allowed to use it.
My business no longer requires me to carry, but I do anyway!
I'm not sure but I think Austin had the very first mass killings on a School campus in the US. Charles Whitman in 1966 climbed to the observation deck of the UT Tower and started shooting people. Before that some dude in New York or Jersy went on a killing spree in his neighborhood not long after WW2, so this is not a new phenomenon! As a matter of fact our legislature was considering a bill that would allow college students to carry on campus.
I don't know, I just had to google something to keep things going.
Thats kind of funny now that I think about it, North Austin would be considered the Conservative part of Austin. That means they are only 2 miles to the left of Lenin!
I dont get it. Only one person was killed in that attack. My Cousin Vernon. I didn't know him, we were raised in different States. I dont think it's appropriate to ask; why just him? I dont wish other people had died. It's just hurts to know he was the only one that died. I just hope my family, that were close to him, gets some answers that will give them a little peace.

Did Whitney Houston commit suicide or was it simply an accident?Whitney's fast departure from our world has brought tremendous turmoil. Do you think her death was an accident as a result of her drug habit or did she in fact know what she was doing when she drowned in the bathtub?
