    I prefer a "bald" vulva.
it just seems cleaner to me.
The old saying goes: Turn 'em upside down and all vulvas looks the same."
I don't agree with that. I think they are like fingerprints. All have their own "uniqueness.
    What'cha think?
This is a perfectly valid and educational "thread."
Will I be "dumped" for asking it?

Probably.  But personally, I can't understand the trend. Maybe it's just taking the American mania for hairlessness to the ultimate, or maybe it's the Western paranoia about cleanliness.  But hairless nether regions just look disturbingly like a child's to me,and I worry about men who find that attractive.

My g/f asked me to ask this one...she's considering.
She uses a "clippers" on hers and keeps it short, but not so short it "itches" either one of us.
She does a "bikini" trim. Which I think is nice nude or in a "bikini."
if she wears a "thong," I'm gonna have to trim it to that...:-)

If she's going to do it, it has to be wax or laser/IPL.  Never, ever shave - I can vouch for the fact that (for her) it will itch horribly as it grows back, and (for you) the feeling of prickly regrowth is not pleasant - beard rash?

Wax that? Ohhhh that's gotta hurt. I once had a leg wax. Note I said 'leg'. I wouldn't let the beautician rip the the rest of the strip of. I grabbed her wrist, then  went home and sat in the tub 'til if came off.

I can't imagine waxing a more sensitive place *eyes watering* neutral

              Cal:
Ya had to see him do this story.

Daddy wanted his son to be "broken in" by a "lady-of-the-night." Took him to a house of "ill repute" and the boy picked out a girl named "Mothra."
She took him to a dark room upstairs and relieved the suffering child of his "virginity.
The boy told this story to the Dad; When we finished, she walked over to the window and raised it.
There was a bright moon shining that night.
She stood before the window in the light of the moon and began to slowly unwind the inside lips of her vulva...until her arms holding those batlike lips were spread wide to each side.
She turned her head back and winked at him and like a Moth, flew out the window toward the lite of the moon....!
I watched him do that story on TV and lmfao!!!

I don't care either way per se.  However, a bald one makes me weak in the knees.
i also have to say that if I am going down on a woman and i have to stop to floss my teeth at an inoppurtune moment because she is not bald then I don't want to hear any complaints about the fact that I have to stop to pick a hair out of my teeth or off my tongue.

I have no personal experience, but have heard it itches like buggery when the hairs grow back. I also assume that it would result in scratchy "five o'clock shadow" which would be somewhat irritating to the other party as well.

very pragmatic and true - At my age who cares if it is shaved or not !

But those I have seen usually have ugly ingrowing hair spots and 5 O clock shadow is not cute - and when it grows a bit bonking against the grain is just kinda unpleasant !
