I've been rejected from AdSense due to TOS violation am I ok now?

   Hi
   I'm rather new and I need your words of wisdom. I have been rejected by Adsense due to TOS violation because of some pictures I think and I've reviewd all of my hubs. My question is,are they in compliance now and besides that, how about the way I wrote them? What should I improve?

      Account suspended, with no other explanation but TOS violation as usual. I heard this happens and you don't get any reasons or warnings from Google, now I want to know if it's OK. I must have your opinions because I don't want that to happen again.

         Once you're suspended, that's it, you're banned for life.

               Getting un-banned from Google Adsense is an extremely long shot, they have hundreds of thousands of advertisers, it is simply not worth their time to weed out the real and accidental bans.
               
               The only way you can really get out of the ban is if you can show concrete evidence that it was not you who violated the terms.

                  There were funny pictures I received in an e-mail at work. After posting them I saw they had a small website written on a top corner, some of them anyway. I just deleted them all and posted "legal" ones .

                     That's assuming that they're the problem.
                     
                     And if they are, the fact that you're still using the same images could still be an issue.
                     
                     I don't have enough information to say whether or not you'll be unsuspended. Chances are, you won't be.

               Not quite what?  Banning is not quite forever? 
               
               Google doesn't check the copyright of pictures you use - pictures would only be the cause if they were pornographic.  I had a quick look at your subjects and can't see anything that would remotely breach Google's TOS.
               
               The other reason for banning is click fraud - is that possible?  If that's the reason, you have no chance of ever being reinstated.

                  thanks for looking over my hubs. No it's not quite forever, when I got banned in the past due to click fraud(no my clicks but a nice visitor's clicks). I applied again with a new account, and no answer for several weeks. But after a while I've found Hub pages and applied again with that unanswered account and got instant approval. If I think well maybe this was in violation with the TOS. Anyway you say my hubs are looking good now, that's a relief, thanks for sharing that. And no, I woudn't click my ads to risk ban in any case.

                     Perhaps you weren't as clever as you thought you were and information you've provided or a suspicious IP has flagged your account again, resulting in another suspension.
