If you are looking for information about Lego Minifigures series 6 then look no further. On this page we will have a sneak peak at the new characters from series 6, we will tell you when the release date is going to be and we will also give you any more information you might need about things like dot codes from the new series 6 Lego Minifigures. This page will be your one stop guide to Lego Minifigures series 6.

So first of all the release date, this is pencilled in for January 2012. It is something of a surprise that his wasn’t brought forward for Christmas but Lego seem to have settled on January being the release date for series 6. So with that out the way let’s go and meet the characters.

Series 6 Characters

First of all I should just mention that until these are actually released they may be subject to change. While this list is thought to be correct it could have errors and some of the characters may be wrong. But the general consensus is that these are the 16 characters that will be released as Lego Minifigures series 6 in January. So here is the list of characters.

Genie with a lamp

Leprechaun with his pot of gold

Alien with ray gun

Warrior with a sword and shield

Roman Centurion with spear and shield

Butcher With steak and cleaver

Toy Robot with wind up key

Statue of liberty with book and torch

Minotaur with his axe

Mechanic with a toolbox and wrench

Flamenco Dancer with a fan

Bandit with a pistol

Skater Girl with skateboard

Space Girl with ray gun

Sleepy Man in his Pjs

Surgeon with x-ray

So there you have it. All 16 of the new series 6 Lego Minifigures. As normal it is expected each character will have their own little bio that comes with the pack.

How To Get Hold Of Lego Minifigures

So as with the other 5 series of minifigures it is thought that Lego will bring these out and sell them in little mystery bags. The idea behind this is that children can swap the figures which each other if they get more than one of the same kind. In past series there have been ways of working out which characters are contained in which bags, things like barcodes and dot codes have been the keys to working it out. Some people just feel the contents of the bag and try and work out which figure is inside simply by working out the accessory in the pack.

There have of course been 5 other series released over the past few years. These toys are very popular with children and they do seem to be getting more popular every time a new set is released. You can now buy complete sets over on Amazon or you can just buy individual minifigures. The prices for these are often very cheap and you can even pick ones up for less that $1 if you know where to look on Amazon.

So in January 2012 we will see the release of series 6. There are some lovely little characters in this set and no doubt they will capture the imaginations of many children the world over. We don’t know anything about series 7 yet or when that will be, but soon as we hear anything about series 7 we will try and let you know. For now though there are plenty of other Lego Minifigures for you to be going on with.
