It's February - have you stuck to your New Year Resolution(s) Why or why not?

This is the time of year where many people seem to lose steam on the lofty ideal goals they set at the beginning of the year.  Do you think setting resolutions at the beginning of the year sets us up for failure? Would it be better to do a resolution at the beginning of a different month? why?

Oh I sure have stuck with mine. It cost a pretty penny to get my bicycle going again and I am ready to ride some trails! I tried it out and it feels great! So a healthier year for me I am hoping! I will give it all I have.

Well, to tell you the truth, I haven't made any new year's resolutions, so I didn't have to stick to any. Actually, I'm pretty happy with my lifestyle right now.

I don't believe so. My reasons for believing so is because I don't remember what they were really... But I do know what the list of goals are. I've only done two out of eight in one year.

Good question.  I didn't actually make a resolutions.... I did set a couple of goals that I am working toward.

I have.  My resolution is "One Precious Day At A Time" as I described in my hub by that title.  Every day is a new beginning.  That's difficult to mess up.

I have kept to my goals. I have made a goal to be more honest with myself and to save 6 months worth of my living expenses. I have gotten real with myself about things I need to let go of and things that I need to incorporate. I have made good on those plans. I have also started an automatic savings plan. Yay me!

As for me I am working on my long term goals and contribute on it daily. I did not make any new year resolutions really. But I used to say to myself what should be done and what are the limits that should be met on some certain situation.

I think I will say, I have.. I have stayed away from bad friends.. And I am learning how to save. Plus I now engage myself in gainful conversation.

Yes, I was able to become more active and have lost five pounds and kept them off. I am also juicing often to keep myself from drinking sugar drinks. I walk or ride my bike every day for exercise and am gardening almost every day.
