    Why do you doubt?

We all from time to time either doubt find ourselves in fear or stressed. Why does one allow themselves to let such poising into their lives?

I doubt because I have been taught to. I know you are not supposed let the past run your life but my past seems to from time to time. I had peers who put a lot of pressure on me because I was not like them. They, at the time made me doubt my self worth. From time to time these doubts find their way back into my life. I think we also doubt because we don't understand fully what it is were supposed to know.

One of the things I teach people is that they are better than their past, no matter how ugly it might of looked. Their past will never determine who they are in life. Always look for a new you and brighter future. For you can beat the odds.

I have insecurities about certain things, but I don't know if I'd call it doubt or second guessing of self.

We all feel insecure about things in life and we tend to second guess ourselves but if we do to much of it we end up doubting.

I know! err, hang on a minute ...?  Wait, maybe not...

Remember a little is not a bad thing, without we get arrogant, even psychotic as we would believe we can't do anything wrong etc.

Question is:  Should I tell you this?  Am I giving away too many secrets?

How much is enough, not enough or too much doubt???

Best not to concentrate on the doubt but the problem.  If  we knew the answer we would have no learning curve, however if certain we don't know we wouldn't even try to find the answer!

    Good Luck -perhaps>
