Home. I hate gyms, even if only other women are there. Makes me feel awkward. Plus there is so much more I can do at home. Here there are my own set of weights, pushups while doing handstands, practice with my sword, jump rope, bike ride, crunches, any stretch I want without people staring. Either a movie on the TV so I'm not bored or some music on for upbeat motivation. It's not as dull as drearily going to the gym, dreading seeing other people stare at you and dare you to doubt they can make their goal.
