    What is your morning drink?

When we've had a good nights sleep, we wake up a little dehydrated as it's been many hours since we've had anything to drink. Even if we don't feel dehydrated, it is advisable to have a drink before your breakfast, to avoid bladder or kidney infections. Some drinks are good pick me ups, or wake me ups, such as peppermint or citrus tea.

Tea, or detox tea, or ginger tea, depending on how I feel.

I've never heard of that before. I use to always drink coffee in the morning, but gave that up years ago. Now, I drink herbal teas. It differs each day on what I have made up. I like peppermint with milk thistle and dandelion with a touch of stevia.

I take honey and lime with warm water or simply warm water.

A warm, not hot, glass of water in which I add one teaspoonful of pure honey and juice of one lime. It is to be sipped slowly.
This is good for your overall health and good for detoxification as well.

Coffee, coffee, coffee, coffee, and coffee. In that order.

...oh, and did I mention coffee?

Warm water is what I drink first, while I prepare my coffee. I do iv coffee in the morning, and depending on my mood, I will add spice, vanilla or what have you to it before I brew it.

In the morning, coffee with sugar and cream along with a glass of water, then more water on the drive to work. It's a good week if there is orange juice.

A good strong cup of coffee is my choice. I like Colombian the best.  I cannot drink a weak coffee and be contended. It just isn't much of an eye opener.

Well I wanted to say after a quick 3/4 mile walk to our neighborhood Starbucks with the Mollinator I purchase and sip a 20 oz. "Gringo" (i.e. Venti Americano). Yet probably due to my age, I am 26 for the 2nd time; I forgot that I consume/drink an approximate 12 oz. iced water (i.e. distilled H2O on the rocks) when I first wake up and down my vitamins...

My morning drink is a cup of Nescafe, followed by a combo drink that comprises Nestum, Milo, and one raw egg that would take care of my breakfast until lunch.

A raw egg! You're brave. What an interesting concoction. Good for protein : )

For me, always a cup of hot beverage. Sometimes coffee (instant or brewed), sometimes tea.
