How many miles can you do on the treadmill in 30 minutes?

    Also, please share with us how long you have been conditioning and any tips that have helped you. I have found setting the incline at the start makes it feel easier over time and it also increases my heart rate and targets that troublesome area of my buttocks and back leg muscles. What has helped you the most? Please share.
