Pan-seared rib-eye steak and instant mashed potatoes-
Pre-heat a heavy skillet, add some fat, oil or butter, then slap two Angus ribeyes in there. sear for 7-10 minutes on each side over high heat. Meanwhile boil the water, milk and butter for the mashed potatoes.(directions are on the box)

One medium sized head of broccoli boiled or steamed (healthier) with a can of Campbell's Chunky Cheddar and Bacon Bits soup (not so healthy) poured over the top, covered with grated cheese. Course not everyone will think this is a "recipe".
you will need:
1 skinless, boneless chicken breast (cooked and diced)
1 sweet red apple (diced)
1 small box of raisins
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
1 bag of fresh spinach or lettuce mix (or both)
Pour your choice of greens into a bowl add all remaining ingredients and top with your favorite salad dressing.
2 Tilapia Fillets - 5min brown rice- broccoli and cauliflower
boil rice and veggies in separate pans. when veggies are finished, drain and add 2 tsp of butter or butter substitute. add veggies to rice mix and add 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce. combine well.
Buy ziplock steam bags at walmart for single servings if cooking for the family bake
salt and pepper both side of the fish . I like adding cumin and chili powder too.
add 1 tsp of lemon juice to the steam bag. place in fish and put in microwave for 3 minutes. serve with veggies and rice.... amazing
5 minute home made strawberry ice cream yummm
1 (10 ounce) package frozen sliced strawberries
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup heavy cream
Directions
Combine the frozen strawberries and sugar in a food processor or blender. Process until the fruit is roughly chopped. With the processor running, slowly pour in the heavy cream until fully incorporated. Serve immediately (or you can freeze it for up to a week)

An endless variety of pasta dishes can be made in half an hour. That's what I often do when short of time. A quick red sauce from canned, diced tomato takes just that long to simmer. The pasta itself is a matter of a quarter hour or less. A cream sauce, e.g. clam, is twenty minutes. That, a salad, and a piece of pane rustico is all I need.
I am not a cook (yet). I am hopeful that soon I will be a little bit of one.
Having said that, I couldn't help but answer this by saying, Jamie Oliver has published a book entitled just that, "Jamie Oliver's 30 minute Meals".
My family has tried some of the recipes in it, and they are pretty cool.
He has also made a TV show, with the same title, which I have watched.
But, to be fair to the intent of your question, I recon there are many recipes that Hubbers have that would not be in said book.

6 flour tortillas
1/2 lb pepperjack cheese
1/2 lb pepperoni sliced
butter for spreading
1/2 bell pepper diced
1/2 red onion diced
5-6 button mushrooms diced
In a big skillet melt a little butter place one tortilla in sprinkle on the cheese. Place the pepperoni in a circle from the center out, put on some of the veggies hit it with some more cheese, spread a thin layer of butter on a tortills and cover tortilla in the skillet. Cook until crisp flip it over do the other side. Repeat the process with the rest of the tortilla's
To give it some spiceyness you can pour some Chili Verde salsa into a small bowl and use for dipping sauce. Ole'
