First I must preface, I have no medical background - can only speak from experience which I hope will help and prevent injury for someone else.
For me I took on a new job, stopped my normal routine - cut down on my weekly exercises and my shoulder muscles suffered. Then my body shouted at me with a frozen shoulder. I am now rehabbing and not appreciating the sleepless nights not to mention the pain. The loss of muscle tone and the inactivity lead to weight gain - oh, so horrible items in life.
Moral of the story - exercise on a regular basis may prevent injury.
If injured seek medical attention right away - especially the shoulder. Don't ignore your body's valuable signals. Listen and respond to your body's cry for attention.

Why do people only seek medical attention when necessary?

What are you expecting to happen on Monday when Kim Davis returns to work?Do you think she will continue to prevent the issuing of marriage licenses? Apparently she has an armed guard that says they will "prevent her from being arrested again." ... Thoughts?
