How many of you take time to treat yourself good and self-reflect on a daily basis?
Do you honestly take time out in the day to close your eyes and set all worries aside. Truly do you just say I need personal time for me, to breath, to inhale and refuel.
I think it is very important if you want to stay stress-free and maintain a quality level of health. Even taking fifteen minutes to yourself each day can do the trick.
