Concentrate on other things you like, spend more time with friends and when your ex comes to mind, you can force yourself to think what exactly made you breakup!
Whenever I find myself thinking romantic thoughts about an ex, I replace the thought with something I didn't like about him (or the way he treated me). That way I don't feel like I'm missing him.
