In Homeopathy there are some medicines which control our temptations. If any one have your homeo doctor, he can easily get an idea to stop smoking.

This is a good answer Isahpps. Alternatively, reduce the amount you smoke everyday.

There's plenty of Hubs you could read here that would help u.

I believe you need to want to quit. I have seen so many of my friends try all sorts of products on the market, but they don't have the inner drive that is necessary to succeed. They want the product to make them stop and that is not enough. I quit 20 years ago, only smoked for a few years back then but I wanted to quit and I set a plan for decreasing cigs for one week and then go cold turkey. I had one cig at morning, noon, and evening and gradually dropped one smoke every other day. The first month after my last cig was the most challenging because I was exposed to friends and coworkers smoking. After that month of nail biting, pencil chewing, and a fortune spent on gum, I was free. Set your mind to it and you can succeed.

It's done like - a new user posts the question and some other will come with an answer that usually bears an outgoing link in the post smile

I quit smoking regular cigarettes, but I moved onto the electronic ones. They're non-toxic to those around me and healthier for myself (though I won't claim they are 100% safe). Here's the info if you're interested:

    I hope this helps. smile
