I keep myself fit by working out 6x a week and playing vball. I try to eat healthy on most days and I will splurge once in a while on junk food and treats.
One of the best ways is by building a workout routine into everyday life, and it need not be an effort!

Of course it is better if you actually get out of the house for a walk or jog!
I keep myself fit and healthy by 20 mins cardio three times a week (exercise bike, cross trainer, or jogging outside).
In addition I do one hour workouts at the gym with weights 3 x a week, and do a long 10 minute stretch at the end of each session to keep flexible.
And of course, healthy eating. Stay clear of junk food!
I keep fit and healthy by spending most of my time actively busy outdoors as a landscape gardener, walking and not eating any meat. Animals produced for human consumption are fed on cheap food designed to make them as fat as possible. They don't get any exercise so their muscle tissue is useless. All that gets transmitted into human meat eaters who then also become fat and physically inactive. If you want to keep yourself fit and healthy the first thing to do is to boycot the criminal meat industry.
