generally that is brought on by a carbohydrate overload, so you end up "crashing" just like you do off of a sugar high.
It should not called tired,actually it is lethargic.When we eat more the blood circulation concentrated in stomach,at this time the brain have lesser blood,thats y we feel lethargic or drowsy.
