Is junk foods are good for health???

Today the world become modern. so the people  changed their life style.
Then the diet was changed according to their life style..
Some of the junk foods have a negative impact on human health.
But people didn't know these things and consumed because of the taste.

Most Junk foods are not particularly harmful if eaten in moderation, and the key to an enjoyable and healthy diet is finding one that tastes good and provides diversity.
As for the Children, it falls back to the adults in their lives to teach good habits, and the discipline to sometimes say no to the excesses that children by their nature will seek.
Blaming the food is like blaming guns for crime, it takes a human to pull the trigger on a gun, or to put the food in their mouth.

Junk food really is not a good option...but for most it is going to cross their pallet at some point. Moderation is of course the key.

but one should keep in mind that the majority of junk foods contain high amounts of refined sugars and artificial agents for color and flavor. Our bodies were not designed to process these things. Additionally, refined sugars are known for feeding disease.

There are more and more companies developing great tasting alternatives to junk foods - and they are able to satisfy the same craving...

Junk food is what it says: Junk! How can this be good for health? Yes, it taste good because it has taste enhancer and it looks good because it has artificial colour in it. It is offered with images that suggest that you are modern and so on. It is easy to prepare: Called 'Fast food' and so people like it, without thinking about the consequences.
Baby food already contains sugar and other substances that make the organism addicted: The future consumer is secure! Indeed: Never there have been so many obese children and their sickness is already programmed. Clients for the 'health industry' making business with peoples disease. Then making them addicted to medication for the rest of their life!
And you ask if it is good or bad?! Not even in moderated quantities it is good! Avoid it totally! Try to get organically grown vegetable and fruits, drink clean water and stay away from alcohol, tobacco and all kind of drugs. You are taking in enough poison from breathing and touching all kind of plastics and being in contact with chemicals that are every where present. So it is necessary to do regularly a cleansing of your body, if not even though with healthy food you will get sick in its time.
That's just the physical level and even more important is that you accumulating a lot of stress, that will bring your system out of balance and will end in sickness...
    Read my hubs about it.

Junk food is definitely bad for health. But, if you have to eat it (and who doesn't, sometimes), eat natural junk food. No artificial or natural flavors, no food coloring, no "enriched" anything, no chemical names, no trans fats or modified starches or hydrolyzed proteins or high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) or words you can't pronounce or MWA (meaningless weird acronyms) on the label.

I junk out on toast or crackers with butter and honey, myself.

Junk foods are never good foods, in fact, it's called junk. However, it can be a good pick up treat when traveling, watching movie or television at home and a good picnic fun treat. Though we now live in a modern world with modern foods, it only pays to eat healthy.

The keyword in junk foods is JUNK.  No junk food is not good for the health.  In fact, junk foods are highly toxic and are the cause of premature death in modern societies.   Junk foods cease many health related issues such as obesity with its related ills such as hypertension, diabetes, heart attacks, and high cholestrol.  Junk foods are death in one way or another.   People who do not consume junk foods are healthier and live longer.  Also, they look younger than their chronological years as opposed to people who regularly consume junk foods.
