    Knowing Im living my life to the fullest ¨Like its golden according to Jill Scott,And yes,happiness is contagious.The positive energy and sensations of love,joy,humour,fulfillment brought about by happiness have the potential to leave no one unaffected.

    Friends and family make me happy.

    If you have that, everything else is secondary or not even necessary.

    The life itself makes me happy! .... and sure! happiness is contagious:  with our own thoughts we can influence who is near us and expand our happiness all around us.

    I think everyone is naturally drawn to a positive and happy person . There is an energy exchange of giving and receiving in every interaction we have with others . When we spend time with someone who is happy it can lift us up , and someone negative can bring us down if we let it . If we are strong emotionally and mentally - aware - we can try to lift up those who are down . We all have a choice to be happy or not smile love the question and topic smile Learning about positive energy , mental and emotional well being makes me happy . Time with friends and family also . Trying to find the good and make the best of my  life lifts me up . Trying to have fun and find balance in my every day . Snuggling with my fav cat and sleeping makes me happy , as well as chocolate or shopping smile sunny days ...I can keep going smile
