   Whats makes you feel happy at the end of the day?
   
   I feel very depressed if I did not accomplish anything with my 14 hours of awakeness. If I made $100 I feel great, as long as I didn't spend $100.01. What makes you happy or unhappy when the day is gone.

   If I make it through another day, I'm happy. If I see another sunset or a sunrise, I am thankful. If I have lived a day and have learned something - I'm even happier.

   I don't feel right if I have not worked enough on a weekday. I am very ambitious and don't like to be lethargic.

   I feel very happy when the working day is finished and I can go home to my family - especially my dog!!! Taking him for a walk or having a game of football (soccer) with him really cheers me up, even although he always wins!

   Knowing I'm alive, that I made it through the day. No matter what happens, good or bad, I'm still breathing. There are thousands of people who've stopped and will do nothing more with their life. The revelation that I still have at least one more day is comforting.

   Being with my wife and kids makes the workday worth it.  It really does give meaning to why you work so hard.

   I never feel happy at the end of any day or the start of the day.  I like that I like being  depressed all the time.

   Simple things makes me happy every day.
   But at the end of the day, knowing that I somehow made a difference and inspired my students to make a better life for themselves really makes me happy.

    Every night before I go to bed I try to make a mental list of what Im thankfull for at the end of the day there is alot that I can be greatfull for this always helps me through my deppression focusing on what is good in my life rather than what is bad helps me to snap out of what ever it is thats bothering me I try to look at what I have instead of what I dont

    If I have accomplished at least most of what I had set out to do that day I feel great. If not, I try to focus on what I did get done, as well as other things I can be thankful for, like health, loved ones. pets, food, clothing and shelter.
    
    Even though I do not feel overly endowed with wealth I do know that I am better off than many people in this world and, while that doesn't bring me happiness to feel more privileged, it gives me perspective on how much worse things could be.
