   Yes, I did smile a lot today actually. The key to happiness is finding what makes you happy. When we do what we like to do, we find happiness. That is what it's all about. Follow your dreams and never give up.

   The only thing that makes me instantly happy when I'm upset is thinking about my children.
   But most everything I do makes me happy, work, cleaning, cooking, writing reading and playing. I think that it is important for us to enjoy and find happiness is all we do each day.

   Seeing my nephew's face light up when he sees me, seeing and cuddling my adorable loveable feline in the morning, watching my cat sleeping peacefully, just the simple little things in life.

    Two weeks ago, I received the news of the demise of my father. I was sad but bearly two hours after the news, I found myself laughing and the reason was that my friend was around me. Having someone around makes me happy.

    I am happy because I choose to be. I see what I can learn in every situation. I am a freelance writer here and on Demand Studios which allows me to be home for my kids before and after school, that makes me happy. My husband and I are the best we have ever been that makes me happy. I believe in the laws of attraction and teach it by being an example with my life. K I am done... Check out my hubs

    Being with family and friends and having a good time.  I love life and want to share it with others.  I also love to hear good gospel music because it talks about Jesus and his love for us.  I love to see someone come to Christ.  That truly makes my heart sing with joy.

    My son brings a smile to my face,when he hugs me and tells me he loves me or kisses me and says "You're the bomb Mom!"

    spending time with my elderly neighbour, watching my children make up silly songs and dance together, hanging out the washing in the sun, watching butterflies fly by, mowing the lawns, picking up a bargain from the op shop, getting to read the whole paper without being interrupted (rare for me!), being able to feed my family, snuggling up at night, .... I could go on and on

    My family. Hands down, no doubts. My family is the reason I smile everyday, as cliché as it sounds. Even writing about them now makes my heart beat rise. How they make me feel and what they give to me is ineffable. Also, the sight love.givesmehope.com never fails to make me smile and grateful.
