The main goal is to choose quality food and keep it healthy. Making this a lifestyle will mean you will never have to diet again.
There are many foods that I avoid, in particular all foods prepared industrially (as a snack) or foods of low quality (such as hamburgers, würstel, non-natural fruit juices) and all drinks high in sugar and calories. I always try to choose healthy and natural foods (fruits, vegetables, whole grains) and wich do not harm the environment (and of course my health!)
