    You can't get a straight answer from a dream. It's all abstract. Maybe you want a baby. Maybe you want to be with your ex. Maybe you want to have a baby with your ex, or maybe it just means nothing at all. It's really impossible for us to tell for sure.

    First, if you are male, I would recommend you see a psychologist for gender identity issues.

    But, if you're female, it could be suggestive of a burden, be it financial, social, or emotional which your ex has left behind that you're now having to deal with. In all liklihood, the issue has not come to light or been "born" yet.
