can i keep on with the insanity workout after the 2 months?
i scced my insanity program, now what?
Yeah! There are a lot of people who do the second month twice, turning it into a 90 day workout. You can even do these workouts if you want to make them a permanent thing.
Yeah you can do it as much as you want, but I found that I needed time off because I would get bored of it, plus it prob is good to maybe take a few weeks off and hit the weights then come back to it.
You can't beat insanity for a quick and intense workout. How many times have you done it?

Well, I've started the Insanity Workout.It all starts with the Fit Test, which you do every 15 days to monitor your progress.5 AM and lots of plyometrics. I just hope my floor can take it. There was an awful lot of creaking!!
