How good are you at sticking to your workout schedule?
Do you not miss any days ever, or do you miss days all the time?
I miss a lot maybe I'm just really to lazy to work out even thought I know that it is good and healthy for me
I am really good at exercising regularly. The training makes me a better person; happy, healthy and physically fit! If the thought of workout feels very hard one day, I listen to my body and just take it easy!
At least 5 days a week, every week... Weight training, cardio, stretching, and core training... Some sport specific training too...
