If you could make one change about yourself this year what would it be?

not the external stuff - ie job, house, car etc....but something internal...ie practise letting go of control more....

I will not be to trusting this time...when it comes to relationship...never settle for anything less..especially if I know I can be off in a much better place...or with a different person.

I want to become more self-disciplined and get better organized so that I can focus on what is important rather than get overwhelmed with the "little" stuff that tips the balance at times.

I would change my relationship to food. I tend to comfort eat and I would really like to break my dependency on turning to chocolate or a snack when I am bored, tired, etc. I would stop grazing without really thinking about what goes into my mouth.

Get in the habit of changing my routine more frequently. Routine creates mediocrity and I hate mediocrity.
