If you could make one change about yourself this year what would it be?
not the external stuff - ie job, house, car etc....but something internal...ie practise letting go of control more....
Happy new year, Rebecca. In my case, stop procrastinating :-)!
I will not be to trusting this time...when it comes to relationship...never settle for anything less..especially if I know I can be off in a much better place...or with a different person.
I want to become more self-disciplined and get better organized so that I can focus on what is important rather than get overwhelmed with the "little" stuff that tips the balance at times.
One change would definitely to lose the swear words from my vocabulary.
I would work on following my own advice. It's usually good .
Take more risks and challenges and leave the comfort zone behind!
I would change my relationship to food. I tend to comfort eat and I would really like to break my dependency on turning to chocolate or a snack when I am bored, tired, etc. I would stop grazing without really thinking about what goes into my mouth.
I don't know if this counts as internal, but I aim to up my levels of rowing and squash so that I can clear my thoughts and shape up
Mine is definitely to be more self disciplined. I believe that with exciting goals and great self discipline people can achieve truly remarkable things.
To be totally disciplined.
No 1 rule for the winners.. and I intend to win this year.
I would have self confidence. It is one thing I have been lacking, but I am working on changing that.
Change my eating habits. I was gaining weight last year.
To return to meditation in order to restablish the calm within me which will hopefully make me happier and more focused on working on my hubs
Get in the habit of changing my routine more frequently. Routine creates mediocrity and I hate mediocrity.
I definitely plan to stop procrastinating and actually get on with the things I want to do. At the moment I always seem to...aahhh I'll tell you later.
I want to focus on my health this year. Therefore,I would exercise regularly, eat nutritious food, avoid fatty and oily food and last but not the least,be happy. My husband and I want to start a family and so it would be beneficial to take proper care of my physical as well as mental health!!!
I am working on expressing my anger in an assertive way rather than keeping everything bottled up inside.

Well, not just WHAT, you can also say, WHY would that be 'the ONE thing' you could change about your past? It may be an incident, a behaviour, an attitude, a day or a night..simply anything!
