Yeah because I make sure I practice proper "sleep hygeine"
most definatly..i find that with less sleep i just don't seem to function as well
No, not on any night.
Since the age of 8 or 9, I have been a night time girl in a day time world.
Even though our society is operable 24/7, the night time person is still somewhat an oddity,
I try to get the 8 hours, but most nights I don't seem to get this as there are always distractions around stopping me from sleeping. I also find that on weekends I find that if I sleep after midnight and still get over the 8 hours that I'm really tired and apparently this is due to the fact that those hours of sleep after midnight are worth a lot less than before.
