    1)Control Your Food Intake , Avoid any carbohydrate that is — or can be — white.

    2) Take Exercise Daily

    3)  Eat Vegetable 's likes

    Spinach
    Asparagus
    Peas
    Mixed vegetables

    4) Proteins:

    Egg whites with one whole egg for flavor
    Chicken breast or thigh
    Grass-fed organic beef
    Pork

    Diets don't seem to work at all. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, lifestyle changes that last forever are the key. Most importantly, eat food that contains the maximum nutrition for the minimum calories. After a few days, the cravings for the food you are addicted to will stop. Add exercise that you can continue throughout your life.
