I only need to loose 20-25lbs. would this diet work for me?
1)Control Your Food Intake , Avoid any carbohydrate that is — or can be — white.
2) Take Exercise Daily
3) Eat Vegetable 's likes
Egg whites with one whole egg for flavor
Chicken breast or thigh
Grass-fed organic beef
Diets don't seem to work at all. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, lifestyle changes that last forever are the key. Most importantly, eat food that contains the maximum nutrition for the minimum calories. After a few days, the cravings for the food you are addicted to will stop. Add exercise that you can continue throughout your life.
i would highly recommend weight watchers and if you'd like to check out my hub http://hubpages.com/hub/Weight-Watchers … -and-Plans
i'd appreciate it.
i am doing ww and after trying a TON of others found this to be the easiest and successful.
