    change eating menu instead on changing eating habits. eg eat meat but eat fish.
    Enhance working hours instead of saving time for exercise.

    You are already familiar with my answer but with the right kind of motivation and the right kind of food and the right kind of exercise, you can do it! My fastest tricks are #1 Give your house a super fast clean and a super clean refrigerator, this will jump start your energy, put on your favorite sneakers and walk everywhere you can.     Take reasonable steps--don't try crash diets, because you'll gain the weight right back as soon as you stop (and they're really unhealthy!).  For exercise, get involved with something you love--join a gym with friends, take yoga classes, dance around, or run with your dog--just make sure it's something enjoyable because you'll do it more often.

    First of all you need to be mentally strong to avoid all that harmful stuff from going into your tummy. Secondly you need to revise your meals and have a larger number of meals in a day with small amounts of stuff (the healthy one of course) separated by fixed time intervals and giving yourself sufficient time to do exercises which will help you burn your fat. These can be simple in starting like aerobics and dancing and the you can choose and devise a workout according to your needs...

    my girlfriend has been on weight watchers and she uses their points plus system.. its is not hard.  like any diet you will have to excersise as well.  alot of cardio and a little bit of strength training and you can acomplish alot. i for myself like supplements such as fat burners.  well i hope i could help you, and good luck..
