my girlfriend has been on weight watchers and she uses their points plus system.. its is not hard. like any diet you will have to excersise as well. alot of cardio and a little bit of strength training and you can acomplish alot. i for myself like supplements such as fat burners. well i hope i could help you, and good luck..
