Sometimes when everything gets chaotic and I become overwhelmed, I like to lay down for just a few minutes to regroup. Or if my husband just puts his hand on my neck or back, I immediately start to relax and know that everything will be okay.
When I’m feeling stressed I enjoy going to the gym. It helps turn all the frustration into something useful and manageable. I also get to burn are those calories form my many days of lazing around, so that’s also a bonus.
Lighting a bunch of candles and listening to some softer music at home or going to chill at the beach at night.
work or be in my garden. There is always something new and exciting to experience and it is generally quiet not necessary silent
I like to go on sites like hub pages and blog/.
I like to listen to music online too to destress.
I like to bounce on my mini trampoline or on my big exercise ball while I listen to music or watch TV. Before I do that, I drink a large glass of water and apply Cell-wellness on the soft spots on my skin like the back of my knees. If I am VERY stressed, I then take 2 Composure, but usually, 1 is enough. (nutri-aim.com - Gain Composure with Composure - Article). But, if I am very stressed, I take two Composure. Cellwellness and Composure are great at getting rid stress.
I will go to street center garden to have a stroll, look at the blue sky and happy crowds.
I love to talk a very long walk....it really help me clear my head and think real clear...as i walk i free my mind from every other thing that is blocking it and see clearly what my objective ought to be
I love to take a bath or swim, I love anything to do with water!
I love to write and color that is what helps me the most and I am stressed every day when I was pregnant coloring was great for me it helped me to get rid of stress and get my mind on other things
