I am a runner through and through. Never thought I would be, but I LOVE it! I am sidelined right now during my third trimester, but will be in marathon training (for my first marathon) after baby is here.
My favorite exercise is push-ups and sit up, there is a sense of inner strength i feel each time i go through this exercise routine.I also love to play soccer.

I think my favourite one is weight training. Probably Strength training is good too. It can definitely help you grow taller ok.

My favourite exercise is swimming.
I go three times a week. I also enjoy cycling.
I think these two go together well.
I also enjoy tennis. So the exerice helps me keep fit and helps me with the tennis.
I love the latest Zumba DVDs! So, I like doing the zumba, hip hop, caribbean, salsa, and other dance moves! I feel like my waist and stomach are smaller than they've been in a while! Yes!
I enjoy Yoga because it not only strengthens my body and makes it more supple, it also causes mental and emotional well-being.
I love kickboxing! It's a total body workout, releases anxiety and it's a lot of fun.
