Yes, of course, but there are also times when I got frustrated for not getting any idea or topic to write about.Then suddenly I would find very interesting topic prompted in my mind... so it is like up and down for me.
Yes, I would say so, mostly in style. I have been writing dream journals for a while now and how I do it is I that I write in phrases separated by commas instead of sentences. So, I've noticed that my writing outside of my dream journal has become a lot more "stream-of-consciousness" than it used to be and I tend to ignore the rules of grammar sometimes. As for content, yes, I try to write short fiction and I find that my stories have become a lot more dreamlike.
