    Exercise is crucial to weight loss; toning the body as you lose weight is very important. Try and walk every day for 30 mins.
    Drink green tea. Eat a natural yogurt with a little honey as part of your breakfast.
    You will need to monitor your fat intake and go easy on the carbs. Good luck: good for you.

    Some people find it more difficult to loose fat, even with regular working out. So here is where fat burners come in handy.
