Favorite workout method?I personally go for long, long walks, but would love to hear what everyone else is doing to keep fit.
I'm going backpacking for a month. I need to get completely away from my bed and refrigerator.
I like to sprint in the morning and strength train at night. On my days off, a long power walk helps me rejuvenate.
